Veraniqs FAQ: Agentic Commercial Execution, MC90² and Pilots

Direct answers for pharma and MedTech commercial leaders. Where something is not publicly documented, we say so rather than guess.

Agentic commercial execution

What is agentic commercial execution?

Agentic commercial execution is an emerging term for software in which coordinated AI agents help turn commercial strategy into planned, day-to-day field action, with humans reviewing and deciding. There is no single industry-standard definition. Veraniqs uses it to describe a platform that takes a business initiative and produces compliance-filtered plans per rep and per account.

How is agentic commercial execution different from traditional CRM?

A CRM is primarily a system of record: it stores accounts, contacts and activity. Agentic execution software sits on top of that kind of data and proposes what to do next, prepares briefs and plans follow-up. The two are often complementary rather than substitutes.

How does agentic AI help pharmaceutical sales representatives?

In Veraniqs’ model, it prepares pre-meeting briefs, suggests follow-ups after meetings, highlights competitor activity, and turns commercial initiatives into a plan for each account. The rep reviews and decides; the goal is less time on preparation and administration and clearer daily priorities. Veraniqs has not published quantified time-savings.

What is the difference between an AI assistant and an autonomous AI agent?

An assistant responds when asked. An agent can pursue a goal across several steps, for example gathering data, analyzing it and drafting an output. Autonomy is a spectrum. In regulated pharma settings, agents are usually designed to draft and recommend while a person approves. Veraniqs describes its approach as “the system drafts; the human reviews, edits, decides.”

How does MC90² help connect commercial strategy to daily execution?

MC90² ingests an initiative (for example a launch, growth target or share defense) together with CRM, market and internal data, scores accounts, HCPs and channels against it with a weighted scoring engine, and outputs a week-by-week 90-day plan per rep and account, delivered through role-based dashboards.

What is MC90²?

MC90² is Veraniqs’ product: two engines in one. A Brainstorm Engine generates strategic commercial initiatives at scale, and an Execution Engine converts the chosen initiatives into compliance-filtered 90-day plans per rep and per account. 13 specialized agents coordinate through an orchestration layer, and output reaches rep, manager and executive dashboards. The product is voice-first and rep-first: workflows are designed to be driven by voice. Capabilities include Rep DNA, Doctor Persona, rep-led brainstorming, simulation and objection handling, post-meeting briefs and organizational memory.

Who is Veraniqs designed for?

Commercial organizations in pharmaceutical and MedTech companies: field representatives, their managers, and commercial executives. Each role has its own dashboard on the same underlying intelligence.

Is Veraniqs designed for pharmaceutical sales teams?

Yes. Pharma sales teams are a primary audience, with features such as pre-meeting briefs, post-meeting follow-ups, and an EFPIA / EMA compliance filter on outputs.

Can Veraniqs support MedTech commercial teams?

Veraniqs is positioned for Pharma & MedTech and describes KAM / enterprise negotiation support among its capabilities. Specific MedTech deployments and references are not publicly documented, so discuss your use case during evaluation.

How does Veraniqs support meeting preparation?

By voice or on screen, it produces pre-meeting briefs that draw on account and HCP context, the rep’s plan priorities and competitor signals, with each recommendation citing its source. Which data sources feed a brief in your deployment is scoped during evaluation.

How does Veraniqs support post-meeting debriefing?

Veraniqs lists post-meeting follow-ups among its outputs: after an interaction, the system helps plan and draft the next steps and updates the plan. How debrief data is captured and synchronized with other systems is scoped per deployment.

CRM and integrations

How does Veraniqs work with Veeva?

Veraniqs integrates with Veeva and is designed to run alongside it as an execution layer. The integration is built per customer: the data flow (for example reading accounts and activity, or returning plans and tasks) is agreed and set up with your Veeva administrator. It is a Veraniqs-built connection, not a Veeva-certified integration.

How does Veraniqs work with Salesforce?

Veraniqs integrates with Salesforce and is designed to run alongside it. As with Veeva, the integration is built per customer and the data flow is agreed with your Salesforce team. It is not an AppExchange listing or a Salesforce-certified product.

Does Veraniqs replace a CRM?

No. Veraniqs does not describe itself as a CRM and does not ask customers to retire one. It is positioned as an execution and planning layer.

How is Veraniqs different from IQVIA?

IQVIA is a large healthcare data, analytics and technology company whose offerings include the OCE CRM and AI agents. Veraniqs is a focused execution platform and not a data vendor. See the comparison for detail, including the IQVIA–Salesforce partnership.

Can Veraniqs operate alongside existing commercial systems?

Yes. That is the intended positioning. Veraniqs integrations are built per customer and limited to CRM and BI systems, such as Veeva, Salesforce and Power BI. Agree up front which system owns which record.

What data is needed to deploy Veraniqs?

Public materials describe inputs such as CRM data, IMS-type market data, internal data and field signals around an initiative. The exact fields, volumes and refresh cadence are defined during pilot scoping.

Pilot and deployment

How does a Veraniqs pilot work?

Veraniqs invites pharma and MedTech leaders to explore pilot collaboration through its contact page, starting with a 30-minute introduction call. The structure below is a proposed model, not a published standard offering; actual scope, duration and terms are agreed per engagement. Any pilot is contingent on commercial and legal terms that protect Veraniqs, covering scope, data usage, liability and no exclusivity.

Can a company run a 12-week, single-country pilot?

A 12-week, single-country pilot is the structure Veraniqs proposes as a starting point. It is a proposed commercial program, not a standard offering, and can be adapted. Any pilot is contingent on commercial and legal terms that protect Veraniqs, covering scope, data usage, liability and no exclusivity.

What are the typical phases of a Veraniqs pilot?

Proposed phases for a 12-week pilot: (1) weeks 1–2, scoping, data-readiness and success criteria; (2) weeks 3–4, configuration and calibration with commercial leaders; (3) weeks 5–10, live use by a defined group of reps with weekly reviews; (4) weeks 11–12, evaluation against agreed metrics and a go / no-go decision. This is a proposal, not a commitment.

How is pilot success measured?

Metrics are agreed up front and baselined. Candidates include rep adoption of plans and briefs, preparation time, quality ratings of recommendations by reps and managers, and manager visibility into plan execution. Veraniqs does not publish ROI figures and no outcome is guaranteed.

What is required before starting a pilot?

An executive sponsor, one brand and country, a defined group of reps and managers, access to the relevant CRM and market data (often as extracts), a compliance and security review, and agreed success criteria.

Security and AI governance

How does Veraniqs handle commercial data?

Veraniqs states that MC90² works with CRM, market and internal data, and is designed so every recommendation is traceable to its source with a full audit trail. Hosting, retention, encryption and subprocessors are not published on the website; Veraniqs provides these details during evaluation.

Does Veraniqs store patient information?

Veraniqs’ public materials describe HCP-, account- and rep-level intelligence and do not describe storing patient-identifiable information. Whether any patient-level data is in scope for a deployment should be confirmed in writing during evaluation.

How are permissions managed?

The product presents role-based dashboards so reps, managers and executives see what is relevant to their decisions. Detailed access-control architecture is not published and is covered in security review.

How is AI-generated information validated?

Veraniqs describes a RAG-only design in which each recommendation cites its source, an EFPIA / EMA compliance filter on outputs, an audit trail, and human review. These reduce risk but do not replace your own medical, legal and regulatory review.

What controls exist around AI actions?

The system drafts and recommends; a human reviews, edits and decides. Veraniqs does not publicly describe autonomous external actions taken without review.

How does Veraniqs approach security and privacy?

The published principles are source-cited output, a compliance filter, auditability and human oversight. Veraniqs does not currently claim certifications such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001 on its website. Ask for current security documentation and complete your own due diligence before any data is shared.
